Can you replace a water stopcock cover in a driveway?

We are blockpaving our driveway and want a square cover on the stopcock. Does anyone know where you can get these or do you have to go through the water authority? Thanks

They trade them in a lot of builders merchants if this is installed correctly
And accessible easy then I should imagine that it would be fine to do
