Changing single electrical sockets to double

wondering how easy it should be looking at to have a single electrical socket converted to a double in plasterboard wall. Currently it's flush mounted is this something that's easy to do

Hi, just remove single socket, cut plasterboard for larger socket and install double socket. shouldn't take more than 20 minutes

Hi yes this is very straight forward just requires a double dry lining box. Then it's just a case of disconnecting removing old single box cutting plasterboard to fit new double box & fitting double socket shouldn't take more than half hour for a good electrician.

Very easy, basically a case of taking out the existing 1g back box ( single box) and cutting it to a 2g back box. If it's plasterboard you can use a fast fix box. All in all a 5-10 minute job.
