Pressure too low in the first floor toilet

Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.21 PM

I live in a semi-detached house and the first floor bathroom has very low water pressure. Any tap opened in the ground floor will trickle down the water flow in the first floor taps. The triton electric shower provides only cold water and the Low pressure indicator light will be ON. There is a combi bolier in the ground floor. No overhead water tank in the loft. Only a cold water pipe is connected to the Triton electric shower. I need the pressure to be increased only for this cold water supply pipe. What kind of a pump should i buy or will the issue be resolved if i buy a shower with a inbuilt pump?

It sounds to me like you have a water main issue to the property, you may need to call your local water authority.

as your shower is mains fed you can not have a pump on it,your only hope is a better incoming main supply,or a mains booster.
