Kömmerling & Rehau are the real quality profiles. Deceuninck is a cheaper system like veka,Swish, Duraflex ect. BUT I'd be more focused on their manufacturers product guarantee. Stay away from ones only offering 12months on hardware &mechanical parts. Lee

Hi Kev, I think you could ask 100 installers that question and you would have nearly 100 different answers!! It's not necessarily the base profile as so many ones are really vey good these days including most of the above, Halo and even a mostly unheard of one Camden.... The latter can achieve an A rating without low iron glass and A+ with... It's what you like the look of and what's important to you such as security, energy ratings etc... The reputation of the company installing is probably more important with guarantees, but again most come with an insurance backed one. One of the biggest factors will be frame depth, you should look for 70mm and look for internally glazed, shoot bolt locking to pas024 and lots of other goodies available... Hope that helps. Stuart
