One radiator only gets hot at the top middle Luke warm bottom cold

I have a large radiator in my lounge which is a tee off from my hall radiator it only gets hot at the top, what I have noticed is the trv in question is on the return side and not as the rest on the flow will this make a difference ? Thanks for your help

Sounds like you radiator needs flushing take it off ,take out side empty it , flush out with an hose pipe till water runs clear there will be black sludge in the bottom this is why it is not efficient
When filling back put sum inhibitor in to keep system clean

Hi it sounds like the radiator may have sludge at the bottom . remove the radiator and flush it out with a hose pipe outside. when the water runs clear refit the radiator. hope that helps cheer matt
