Is mist coat ok before applying wallpaper?

Hi, I have a newly plastered wall and I have mist coated the wall however the plan is to wallpaper it so now I realise I needed to size the wall. My question is, is a mist coat ok to put wallpaper onto or do I still need to size the wall? (Can I size the wall over the mist coat?)
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Hi aslong as you used a contract Matt to mist the wall it will be ok to size on top of it

You still need to apply size but the mist coat won't affect it, in fact it's helped seal the plaster for you.

It is always best to paint the new plaster before wallpapering onto the surface
