What should be done first? Double glazing or exterior wall

I am planning to have double glazing installed but also need to redo exterior walls which would include removing the old pebble dash. What should be done first? Have been advised that the windows need to be installed first but am worried that if the old pebble dash is removed in a certain way it might affect the windows. Thanks

if you are removing the pebble dash you can remove it before the double glazing, the double glazing should be installed before you re render.
