Megaflow unvented cylinder work with only 22 mm mains pipe but good flow and pressure?

Hi all, Looking to get a unvented megaflo cylinder installed in my house. Megaflo say the minimum installation requirements are 25 mm mains pipe, 20 l/m flow and 1.5 bar pressure. I only have a 22 mm mains pipe but I've had Affinity Water round who took readings of 25 m/l flow and 3.5-4 bar of pressure. Can I get away with leaving the 22 mm pipe seeing as the pressure and flow readings are decent? Going to have to provide water to 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. Cheers

22mm inside the property will be fine. Just bring tails up in 15mm at the appliances.
