Are Howdens worth using for kitchens?

We're considering getting a new kitchen from Howdens as I have access to a trade account with them. What are your opinions of this company and their products? While the products certainly look the part, most things I've read about them are bad, for instance: https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.howdens.com

Are Howdens any good? They sell a thousand kitchens a day every day. They are the trade sister of MFI. Their basic ranges are just that. The high end stuff is very good. Installing their ranges can be trying. Dealing with staff can be trying. That is no different to any kitchen company regardless of cost or quality. They don't do worktops longer than 3000mm which is a pain. Better by far than IKEA or B&Q and much better than Homebase in my humble opinion as a kitchen fitter who has fitted them all.

I can't recommend howdens enough. The products are great when compared to prices from others, the service is great when you consider they help from measuring to advice on fixing problems and design changes. They have been going for over a hundred years and there is good reason.
