can the glass be replaced instead of a new window

i have had misted windows previously and both sheets of glass were replaced and they seem fine is this an ok solution

Hello
A glass unit is two pieces of glass sealed together around a spacer bar, making it a "double glazed unit". The seal can sometimes fail after a period of time allowing mist to form on the inside of the glass, when this happens it is advised to have a replacement double glazed unit.
