I have 11 Job in on Property and not sure where to start? My first thinking is that I should start as follows: 1. Roof Re-slate. 2. Damp proof. 3. Electricity (Replace consumer unit / light Fittings /Electrical Upgrade to regulations). 4. Vent / Fan. 5. Smoke / Carbon monoxide alarm (If needed). 6. Gutter section / vegetation. 7. Plaster Ceiling (If I decided to do it). 8. Cracks render (rear /front). 9. Plaster throughout / or Whitewash décor (whichever). 10. New Carpets. 11. Garden skimmed. What do you think?

Hello I would start by doing my roof first and then render the outside of your house and go from there hope this helps kind regards Daniel

You should attend to cracks on render when you got scaffolding up for roof don't leave till end would need scaffold again
