Is it electrical I go to for washing machine repairs?

As above - have put ad on electrical site, but not sure if it was correct area. End of washing machine cycle, washing still soaking wet. What is wrong and can it be fixed? Thanks Ms Robertson

If I were you, I would google 'domestic machine repairer'.
There should be plenty of experienced white goods repairers in your area.
