Water leak from bathroom to living room impact

Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.21 PM

We had maybe a bucket of water from shower upstairs come down to living room downstairs while being fitted, its resolved now. My question is, will the water dry or i need to drain it somehow? Any impact to leave it as it is?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

If the leakage is solved, just a couple of days to ventilate an then repainted. It will dry up Tiziano

Unless the plasterboard is bowed and sagging then it will dry out no problem. Stain block the area first before repainting if it has water stains on it.
