upvc to brick conservatory with no planning permission

Can i demolish a uPVC conservatory and replace it with a brick conservatory without planning permission? the sides would be just over 5ft high on both sides with the front being 2ft high. there wasn't any brick walls before.

As long as 50% of the walls are translucent & 75% of the roof is translucent you don't need planning. There are size limitations too, but check with your local building control.

Planning laws have been relaxed in recent times, although it is dependent on depth of conservatory (being a maximum) and also relating to the size of your garden and also permitted development being intact on your property.
Always best to check with the council and also a reputable builder/home improvement company in your area.
