Very little hot water.

Baxi back boiler with gas fire in front central heating is fine but 2 inches of hot water in the bath then the water runs cold.programmer has heating on and hot water,tried override the boiler is coming on but still very small amount of hot water.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

you may have to much cold water pressure,and may need to turn this down,as it limits your hot water

check your zone valves or 3 port valves usually next to cylinder they control the amount of hot water in cylinder, could also be your cylinder is full of scale, sludge blockage in primary return from cylinder.
