Damp in old outside toilet that has been brought into the house

Our house is an old Edwardian house and we have brought the old outside toilet inside the house as a mini extension. Unfortunately we're now experiencing serious damp problems in this area. The whole house is solid walls but we're not experiencing the same problems anywhere else in the house. The problems started with just brown stains showing through the paint but now we're getting what looks like white and brown mould pushing through the paint. Could this be residual dampness coming out as we heat the house, etc? Any suggestions for preventing this would be great! Thanks Andy

It's possibly the floor, being more prone to outside wind weather ,typically these areas never have heating in , remedy...a damproof course and or insulation board followed by some heating...
