i am buying a house which requires complete refurb for which reason i am having to do everything on a budget. where is the best place to buy good qualityh tiles at a cheap price?

no such thing as good quality cheap,same applies to building there are no bargains ,hence the phrase cheap rubbish,

most tile shops in your local areas will do you a deal if you make them fight it out on similar style tiles.

I agree there is no such thing as good quality cheap tiles, basically you get what you pay for, but, if you are buying tiles Spainish and Italian are probably the best quality.
