pointing a 1930s London stock semi

Hi I'm re pointing my 1930 yellow London stock house what is the mix do I add lime or any extras just need to know what the mix is thank you for your time

Weatherstruck or Birds beak pointing should be ratio 4:1 (soft/cement) only use hydrated lime if you want it very light in appearance again 4:1:1 (soft/cement/lime dust)
