I need to get gloss paint off pvc window,

To remove oil based paint you need to use white spirit or a heavy duty industrial wipe which you can purchase at any decorators store screw fix or b&q

And if there is paint on the actual glass, you can get a window scraper, to include a razor blade with a small handle, allowing you scratch the paint off.
