Assistance in choosing category of tradesperson

Not sure what category of tradesperson would be best describe the tradesperson best suited to undertake the following work. Using the MyBuilder Categories would it be "New Build", or "Extensions" or "Groundwork or Foundations" or some other category? : Existing ground kitchen floor (tile on timber/wood on dirt) to be removed and new insulated floor to be constructed to proper standards which we understand would involve construction of the following: Tiled floor finish on 65mm screed on 75mm Celotex rigid board insulation or similar on damp proofing membrane on 150mm Concrete slab on 150mm consolidated hardcore

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Hi this is a mixture of 2 jobs Firstly groundworks to get old floor out and to replace Secondly would be someone to tile your floor after new base laid Hope this helps

A good general builder can undertake this. So maybe under the heading of a groundwork could do the concrete slab. A good plaster can do the screening. A good tiler to finish the job off. If you are in London i could give you a quote.
