Hi, I wouldnt on freshly painted solvent. Solvent takes a while to fully harden. If you insist on using water based paint i suggest let it harden for while...then sand and clean...primer coat and then clean again and paint with solvent.

Hi, first you have to wait until the paint oil base dries and than sand with sand paper No 80. Clean out the dust and than you can apply primer, after this it will be 'ready for painting with waterbase paint.
