Need some advice on shower tray with upstand or without it, enclosure and waste position please?

I am going to refurbish the shower room. The shower room is very small and thinking to get 760x760mm shower tray. Where (online or store) can I get a good quality and in budget shower tray and enclosure please (in Glasgow area)? I've searched around and found out that they have shower tray with upstand or without it. The wall in shower area would be splash wall panel instead of tile, so would it be better to install shower tray with upstand or without it? If I get the shower tray with upstand, how to install the enclosure? Would it difficult to install the enclosure? Which one is better (i.e. with upstand or without it)? Another question is:- The position of the waste in my current shower tray is in the middle but a lot of the new shower trays only do either left or right hand side. So is it ok for me to get the new shower tray that the position of waste is not in the middle? Sorry, hope I didn't ask for too much here. Any advice and suggestion would be great. Thanks.
