Hot water bath tap no longer runs

Firstly, does any water come out of the tap be it hot or cold or is no water coming at all? Secondly what type of tap is it? From your question I assume it is an individual tap giving no water? If this is the case it sounds like 1 of 3 possible problems. 1. The brass tap reviver inside your tap has jammed, dropped or snapped and is always closed, depite it feeling like it turns. This is a cheap simple repair and the part should be around £10. 2. There is (somehow) dirt, grit or some other debris clogging the tap. Again, should be a simple repair. 3. The feed is a flexi feed and it has somehow kinked. Simple repair to change. If your tap is different or the reviver is actually a cartridge then obviously, the descriptions above may not be accurate and the costs may be different. Hope that helps. Thanks

Hi Also check if you have a double check valve and replace as I have replaced a faulty one with the same water supply issue as yours.
