Leaking Roof under the Wooden Deck balcony.

I have 2 leaking roofs under the Wooden Deck balcony. Also one roof is sagging and has developed cracks. How to sort it out.

unfortunately the decking will have be removed to access the roofs to allow for replacement, if it already sagging the quicker the better before it collapses.
