Plumbing

We have low water pressure in our flat. It particularly affects the shower.

Anonymous user 09/03/2024 - 2.39 PM

Our land lord says that there is nothing he can do to up the pressure in the shower. Is there? Are there showers you can buy that would alleviate the situation?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Depending upon your water supply to the shower you may be able to fit a pump. It sounds like it's mains fed ie: an electric shower & there are booster pumps especially for that purpose. I think Triton do 1 so have a look at their website for starters. Mains shower booster pump is what you are probably looking for. Then tell your landlord & get him to fit 1.
