I have a hole in the interior brick wall where the gas fire was. How do I leave a vent in the wall if I have it bricked up or plaster boarded over as I want to wallpaper over the hole? Would it be feasible to put a vent in the skirting board or would it not look right?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Rytons do a vent which is designed so that it can be wall papered over so that it blends in with the wall.
