Gas central heating installation in 2 bed roomed flat
Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.19 PM
I am in the process of completing on the purchase of a 2 bedroomed flat in East Sussex that, apart from rather ancient night storage radiators, does not have central heating. As there is already gas at the property I am looking to have a gas fired central heating system installed with a combi boiler together with 6 radiators and 2 towel radiators along with the necessary controls and having the existing night storage radiators removed. Your advice would be very much appreciated! Thank you

Hi, from points you have explained I feel that the job can go ahead. Regarding position of boiler it would ideally need to be fitted on an external wall for flusing unless terminating vertically. Please feel free to get in touch if you would like to arrange a site visit for a quote.
Kind regards

If its an empty house needing renovating it's a fairly straight forward job, all board lifting, chasing and drilling is a lot easier when the houses are empty. We are currently in the middle of three bed and large extension with full central heating and plumbing carcasses
Kind regards Mat
