Beads of water sitting under the rubber seal inside new double glazing

Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.19 PM

We are in a Newley built house. It is 4 months old. Inside most of our window units there are beads of water collected inberween the pains of glass. It is collected at the bottom just underneath where the rubber seal sits on the glass. The window company assures this is normal. I do not recall seeing this on the dole glazing in our old house. Is it normal?

Sounds like failed units IF between the panes of glass.

If not inside the glass then completely normal but if inside the two panes then the glazing unit has broken down and needs replacing which will be covered by your guarantee. If you require any more help don't hesitate to ask.
