My ensuite has been fitted and the tray has 20mm gap to wall.

The gap has a quadrant over it and seems to be fine. The problem we have is the door. It's been fitted flush wall to wall which is fine, so overhangs tray by 20mm. The door leaks to floor through aluminium edge?? We are looking at getting an extension profile so the door will fit over the tray? Will this work? Had it done 6 weeks ago and all plumber does is come back and cake in silicon which is obviously not working! The quadrant bridging the gap is definately not leaking its the door?? End of my tether now, All advice is much appreciated? Thanks Tracy

Hi there, we would be more than happy to visit and assess free of charge and then advise next steps but if you could post photo's that would help. In any event if the door and tray are supposed to work together this can only be a small problem with the installation. Hope this helps, Cliff at Dynoplumbingnortheast
