can you put lino over ceramic tiles, floor is wooden

I have rental property that has a bathroom with ceramic tiles with a wooden floor. The floor was down before I bought the house 3 years ago. I have noticed the grout is starting to crack on two tiles, but all tiles are secure. I'm not a fan of this type of flooring. Can i put lino over the tiles . I just want it to work for a year or two until I change the whole bathroom.

you should degrease the tiles then use a suitable screed eg ardex na.
or fit a floating click system vinyl floor tile.

Vinyl tiles will require a screed but a normal sheet vinyl eg cushion floor will be fine
