sealing concrete before laying carpet in a new conservatory

does my concrete floor need ceiling its been laid a week/ before carpeting thanks

it needs at least 4 weeks before a rh% test can be taken, then it will require a DPM and floorlayers screed. The concrete base isn't anywhere near dry yet.
