Fibreglass is the best option.
Although we install EPDM, this is cheeper and installed quicker - personally I do not even like putting it in ponds.

Fibreglass GRP is good but is hard to use in the uk as the weather is so unpredictable. If there is any moisture in the air on boards or it rains while the chemical reaction is happening it won’t cure properly. EPDM rubber is my go to product firestone is the cheaper of the 2 we use the other being resitrix which I install on Morrison’s roofs throughout the country it’s not cheap but buy far the best product on the market.
