not sure how to go about renovation

hi, i'm in the process of buying a house that's going to need a few things doing to it including: - bashing in a wall to increase the size of the existing bathroom, and fitting the new bathroom including adding in a central heated radiator (there isn't one in there now) - replacing the tank water heating with a combi boiler - adding more pug sockets - adding a toilet downstairs - possibly playing around with the downstairs layout, including an extention - possibly redoing the kitchen -getting rid of fitted wardrobes in the two bedrooms (i'm not sure if you generally have to reskim walls after something like that is done) i'm not really sure where to start- are there people out there that can cover the lot from structural drawings, approvals and implementing or do i need to source separate architects, electricians plumbers and builders etc? thank you in advance for your replies, sorry if this is an obvious or obscure question. i'm new to all of this :S
