new door frame for existing doors

Would I be able to fit a new door frame for existing doors? I have good doors that I don't want to replace but need new frames. Any thoughts would be great.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

The task should be no problem for a tradesman with the right tools and skillset. We have undertaken this task and have re squared the doors in the workshop prior to re fitting in a new frame or casement.
