Built under gas grill

Built under Newworld gas grill keeps cutting out. Works for a short time then just goes out. Also oven/grill knobs get really hot when on and look like they are starting to melt. Don't know if grill that keeps cutting out can be fixed or would I be better off getting a new built under double gas oven to replace it. Thanks

Hi there,
Without seeing the cooker i would say that this is the thermocouple.
If your problem is intermittent it probably just need a bit of a clean.
Its a simple enough job to do, if you know where you are looking.
Take a look through your instruction manual and it should show you what your looking for.
