Fibre glassed flat roof and eves tile

Hello Roofing experts, Please can you advice does a fibre glassed flat roof need eves tiles?

Not if it is just a flat roof. Eaves tiles are the bottom course to a pitched roof. Perhaps if it is a flat roof abutting a pitched roof - say at the junction / join between the two (like a dormer flat roof meeting a pitched roof) then you would or my call these tiles the eaves tile - which would need to be removed and refitted to form the upstand which is fitted behind the undertile felt.
