How long plaster should stay intact after job was finished?

Plaster cracking... sounding hollow and moving when pressed... it started happening not even 2 months after job was finished.Proper term is 'blown' , right. Plasterer was given plenty of time to do a job.

its had no PVA put behind it and lose plaster knocked off the wall if its cracking it could be it was to warm also even even be the fact only one coat but PVA is the normal one for this
sorry to say but hack it all off and have it dose again
