How big a job is it to lower a concrete floor?
Anonymous user 09/03/2024 - 2.36 PM
Hi, we have a 4sqm kitchen floor that needs lowering and levelling. The most it needs to come down is about 1cm - 1.5cm. The edges of the floor are at the same level as the rest of the house but self-levelling has been put down badly so that the floor slopes. How big a job is this?

Hi i had same problem last week i hired a floor grinder and self levelled the floor again correctly.
you can rough up or key or scratch on the self level flooring as long as it is very rough and not smooth the new self level will key to the existing self level.
Hope this helps
