free standing cooker into oven housing

can I put an electric double oven fan assisted free standing into an oven housing it has a gas hob was thinking of disconnecting gas hob then buying a new hob making the old gas hob not connected at all my oven is quite new

Yes you can assuming you have adequate supply means, big enough supply cable, capable of carrying the current for your cooker and also important to have right size of MCB. tell me what power characteristics has your oven and i will tell you what size cable and Circuit Breaker you need.
