Glowworm Micron noise making noise when hearing is off

My Glow Worm Micron boiler just started making noise when it's off. Thought at first it was just on, but is not so loud as when it actually comes on. No idea how olds it is, was in the flat when I got here. Is heating as usual, no other symptoms. Turning power off stops it as you might expect.

Its sound like the fan is on its way out Glow worm Micron is a good boiler should last 25 years just needs a new fan 1 hours labour plus a new fan about £180 for the fan
