Get a qualified engineer out to see your installation - where gas and electrics are concerned its not worth messing around. They can then tell you where the problem is - supply or appliance.

You have the following issues
1 your gas is turned off
2 you have a service valve turned off or
3 your supply pipe is not connected to the live gas pipe work

It may be that your bayonet fitting has come loose and isolated the gas to the appliance. If you have a hob with a glass lid, often the poppet safety device sticks down and prevents gas flow to the gas hob.
