Ignition lighter on gas cooker not working for 1 hob, will that fail CP12

Hi I just wanted to know if ignition element is failed( no blue sparks) on 1 small gas hob and all knows ok. will that fail CP12 landlord cert? also the oven which i believe is electric has the temperature knob missing, but can still turn around via plastic knob (front facial knob sticking out missing), is this a failure too (even though it electric) or if its gas? thanks

Ask yourself this question, if someone was injured because you didn't replace the hob and oven (sounds like they both need changing) could you sleep at night? Forget whether it passes or fails - do the right thing.
