Hello Everyone, Two radiators in the flat are cold. I have removed the thermostat and ping is moving. Also, I have let the air out of the radiators. Unfortunately they are cold. The other 3 are fine. Please advise what to do? thank you

Hello It is more than likely the thermostatic valve which is stuck in the off position due to the thermostat valve failing , which means it will need replacing. You could also try the lock shield valve on the other side off the radiator , this might not be open fully. You could also try balancing the radiators to see if this helps, The radiators which are hot you need to turn these off one by one , with the other radiators which are cold open , this might help to push the heat throw .
