Mold and damp walls inside fitted wardrobes on outside wall help?

I moved into my flat a year ago next week and therefore this is my first winter. The wardrobe is a sliding door fitted wardrobe and I have just discovered that my clothes have developed mold. Upon moving them mold is visible on the walls and some of the wallpaper inside has come away. There are no trickle vents in my double glazing and I have no air-bricks or vents in the flat. We do get a condensation problem on the windows and there is no extractor fan in either kitchen or bathroom. As the flat is second floor (top) I am wondering if there could be potentially a problem additionally with the outside walls and or roof tiles/guttering.... Can anyone advise me please? I don't know where to start getting a quote as not sure what to actually ask for. I have had it suggested to remove the wardrobes and have free standing ones and to have air vent bricks fitted in each room would be a very good start? Thanks in advance.
