Blocks showing through newly plastered exteriors wall

My new extension was plastered six weeks ago. The block work is showing through the plaster. Is this normal and will it ever dry out.

This is not really anything to worry about and can be quite common in new builds it will dry out eventually,perhaps a little longer than normal in poor weather conditions.
