How much roughly could I expect to pay to have my small cellar converted into a more functional space?
Anonymous user 03/03/2024 - 2.41 PM
I would like to use it as a kind of utility room and be able store things without them getting damp or dirty. I don't want anything fancy but it would need the damp sorting, plastering, pipes covering and some flooring lain. Probably other things too, which I haven't thought of. Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Hi there.it would be pretty impossible to give any kind of price with this kind of info.Best thing for you to do would be to have a good think about exactly what you would want this room to be used for and the kind of finish you would like it to have.then place the job on here and let local tradesman take a look.they will be able to advise you with regards to your ideas and having seen the job, give you an accurate quote.any figures you may get through the info in your question, will be at best, pretty inaccurate.hope this helps.
