How do I drill through 10-inch concrete chimney walls, twice, to fit a flue from my boiler?

Leave it for your installer to do he will have the right kit to do this. not unless you want to spend £400+ on a core drill. You need to be Gas Safe registered to to touch a flue from a gas appliance.

Your boiler flue should be positioned correctly, condensation drain etc, please post as a job and have an engineer core cut this for you. How much do you think you will save after you hire a core cutting machine?
