Extractor fan on bathroom double gazed window

My bathroom is all tiled upto the ceiling, and I don't want to make a hole in tiles, so can I fit extractor fan on double glazed window? Is it possible to make a hole in window glass? Are there windows which already have 4*4 hole for extractor fan?

you can get a new double glazed unit with a hole in for the extractor fan, local double glazing firm should be able to help
