possible bowing of one side of consevatory roof

i have just had a glass conservatory roof fitted . On one side the upper sill just under the glass fits well , but on the other side there is a 6 mm gap between the glass and plastic sill .If this is cosmetic I won't worry , but if it's caused by the roof bowing to make the ends fit couldn't this cause problems ? Someone from the company is coming out to look but I fear may just give inappropriate reassurance !

If conservatory is bowing a tie bar or tie bars may be required to pull conservatory back into shape.
Is conservatory timber or aluminium/upvc.
Is there subsidence in area.
Pictures of conservatory would help make better suggestions
