Fan oven trip my electric

My fan oven used to make a scraping sound but then stopped and my oven stopped working I got it fixed by an man who fixes ovens but now everytime I turn my oven on it cuts out my electric I still have my guarantee from this guy until November so should this cover me as he fixed my oven originally.

Would only expect the repair you had done to be covered. The issue you have now sounds different to the original issue.
